Thanks to the words of Monty Python - that is essentially what I did to the month of August
I "gave it a miss" - apologies readers - you did miss a bunch-a-dates :).... which led Doug and I to have a serious discussion about our very real "poor-kid" status and decided to take it easy on the essssspensive datey-dates.... from now on its just Taco Bell and the fumes of DQ as we drive by - scratch that, walk by - we're trying to save money here!!

Lucia - college student fiancee - is back at college... and it is busSAY to say the least, no one is really taking this whole switch into semester schedule thing very well - teachers and students alike [freshman don't count... they don't start counting until week 7 of Spring quart.... semester, argghhh!!!]
Doug - worker-man fiance - has begun his new job - selling fancy clothes to fancy people at fancy Nordstroms. I'm kinda stoked to see this new version of Doug that includes a measuring tape draped effortlessly over his button-down shirted shoulders......mmm, mmhmmm :)
